Alternating knee pull-ups towards the chest on the Titan bar:
Grip the bar with a shoulder-width hold. Keep your torso aligned with your straightened legs and maintain a neutral pelvic position. Take a deep breath and tighten your abdominal muscles. Slowly lift one knee towards your chest, pause briefly at the top while exhaling, then return slowly to the starting position. Repeat the exercise on the other side.
